Duncan collects another RSC Women's Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week honor

MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- Sydney Duncan from Indiana University Kokomo is the River States Conference Women's Outdoor Field Athlete of the Week for April 8-14. 

The freshman from Anderson, Ind., had a strong performance at the Cumberlands (Ky.) meet to win the award for the fourth time this year and the third time in a row.

Duncan won the shot put, hammer throw and discus at Cumberlands and reached NAIA A national-qualifying standards in the shot put and hammer throw. She threw 13.97 in the shot and 51.58 in the hammer. Duncan threw the discus 40.89 meters and the javelin 25.58 meters for 13th place.
