This internship will provide the opportunity to receive sports administration education and training in one of the premier NAIA (National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics) collegiate athletic conference offices. This position will provide hands-on experience and learning opportunities and will be exposed to and involved in the ongoing development of River States Conference initiatives, particularly in the areas of championship events and sport administration. Interns who are enrolled at their institution as graduate students may qualify to attend the NAIA Governance and Leadership Academy at the annual NAIA National Convention. 

The RSC Diversity Internship was established in 2021-22. Now in its third year, past interns have gone on to work at the NAIA national office and pursue careers in college athletics upon graduation.
