Sparks named RSC Women's Tennis Player of the Week

MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- Tiana Sparks from Oakland City (Ind.) University is the River States Conference Women's Tennis Player of the Week for April 1-7.

The sophomore from Brownsburg, Ind., went 2-0 on the week to cotinue her strong play in the conference.

Playing at No. 5 singles, she picked up wins of 6-1, 6-0 versus IU Kokomo and 6-1, 6-0 versus Midway (Ky.). Sparks also played No. 2 doubles versus IU Kokomo with a victory of 6-0.
