Olivero picked for RSC Women's Tennis Player of the Week

MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- Agustina Olivero from Midway (Ky.) University is the River States Conference Women's Tennis Player of the Week presented by Brown & Brown Insurance for March 13-19.

The freshman from Montevideo, Uruguay, a 4-0 record last week to lead the Eagles to wins over IU Kokomo and Hanover (Ind.). Midway notched a 4-3 win over IU Kokomo and an 8-1 victory over Hanover. 

She clinched the match versus IU Kokomo with a straight-sets win at No. 1 singles, 6-1, 7-6. Versus Hanover, Olivero won all by two games in her victories of 6-0, 6-1 in singles victory and 8-1 doubles effort.
