Perez chosen RSC Men's Tennis Player of the Week

MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- Jose Andres Perez Perez from Oakland City (Ind.) University is the River States Conference Men's Tennis Player of the Week for March 11-17. 

A sophomore from Guanajuato, Mexico, he improved to 8-3 the season by going perfect in singles and doubles last week. Perez Perez played at No. 2 singles with a pair of comeback wins and at No. 1 doubles with two victories there as well. 

The singles matches were 1-6, 7-6, 6-3 versus Union (Ky.) and 5-7, 6-1, 6-2 versus Cumberlands (Ky.). Perez Perez picked up doubles wins of 6-4 and 6-3 in those matches.
