Alderton gets another RSC Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week

MIDDLETOWN, Ohio -- Breanna Alderton from Brescia (Ky.) University earned River States Conference Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week for Oct. 2-8, her third such honor of the year. 

A senior from Owensboro, Ky., Alderton won the home Bearcat Invitational this past weekend. That was with a time of 18 minutes, 14 seconds in the 5,000-meter race to beat out a field of 35 runners at Brescia's home course.
